Thank you for your interest in services at Sanctuary House.
Our services have varying entrance criteria requirements, therefore all referrals will need to have a comprehensive clinical assessment completed either by a Sanctuary House licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or a Sanctuary House-approved assessment can be submitted with the referral.
Referrals can be made by:
- Other provider agencies (Therapist, Doctor, Tailored Care Management provider)
- Friends and Family
- Self-Referrals
To schedule this assessment for services, please call our intake department. If they are unable to answer, please be sure to leave a clear message with your name, and phone number.
The intake department will return your call within 24 business hours. At that time, they will perform a short initial phone screening to be provided to the clinician who will be completing the assessment for services.
