Behavioral Health Therapist (Fully Licensed)

What We’re Hiring For:

  • Full-Time Salaried Clinical Staff: $58,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Part-Time Clinical Staff: $28–$31.50 per hour
  • Contract Clinical Staff: $65–$75 per session

Who You Are:

  • Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent (state-specific)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experienced in therapeutic services (1-3 years preferred)
  • Skilled in clinical assessments and treatment planning
  • Passionate about evidence-based practices and mental health advocacy
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy, with EHR experience preferred
